Simon Keeley
Stone Carving
On this course you will follow through the whole process of stone carving, designing and carving your own piece. Simon describes and
demonstrates the basics of stone carving with clarity and humour. (Venue to be confirmed, it will be local to Condicote but not at Condicote Village Hall).
A bit about your tutor
Your tutor, Simon Keeley, has more than 15 years experience and has won various prestigious commissions for the Worshipful Company of Skinners, Westminster Abbey and School. He has also been involved in public artworks, which have been brick carving in Knightsbridge in London and East Oxford. He teaches stone and letter carving at ‘The Art Academy’ and West Dean College.
